Refunds for unused time
If you stop using TVTimez before your plan ends, we refund the part you haven’t used. You pay a share of the price you paid, based on the time you used, rounded up to the next plan length:
- Up to 1 month used: counted as 1 month.
- More than 1 month and up to 3 months used: counted as 3 months.
- More than 3 months and up to 6 months used: counted as 6 months.
- More than 6 months and up to 1 year used: counted as 1 year.
- More than 1 year used: counted as 2 years.
For example, if you pay 49 € for 1 year and stop after 3 months, you pay for 3 of the 12 months (12.25 €) and we refund 36.75 €. If you stop after 3 months and 2 weeks, you pay for 6 of the 12 months (24.50 €) and we refund 24.50 €. If the counted time is the whole of your plan, there is nothing left to refund.
How to ask for a refund
Contact us through our chat or at support@tvtimez.store with your order number. We will refund you within 14 days of agreeing the amount, using the payment method you used, and then end your subscription.
Your legal right to withdraw
If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have the legal right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of the day you made it, without giving a reason. To use it, tell us clearly by chat or email, for example: “I withdraw from my contract for the following order”, with your order number, the date of your order, your name and your address. Sending your message before the 14 days end is enough.
If you asked us to start your subscription during those 14 days and then withdraw, you pay only an amount in proportion to the service provided up to that point. We refund everything else within 14 days. The rounding above does not apply to a legal withdrawal.
If the service doesn’t work as described
This policy doesn’t replace your legal rights. If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the legal right to a service that matches its description, including after these 14 days. Contact us and we will put it right or, where the law provides, reduce the price or refund you.
